When services are provided, there is always a contract stating exactly the following:

  1. Subject of the contract

  •   Specification of the extent of services provided

  2. Obligations of the contractor

  •   The contractor undertakes to protect the rights and rightful interests of the customer
  •   He assumes responsibility for any damages arising due to his fault
  •   Meeting the terms


   

  3. Obligations of the customer

  •   The customer undertakes to submit regular (monthly, quarterly) and true information
  •   He assumes the responsibility for any undelivered groundwork and untrue information

  4. Terms of performance

  •   Monthly performance within 10 days from the hand-over
  •   Quarterly performance within 20 days from the hand-over of the documents
  •   Consultation and advisory services in agreed consultation hours
  •   Smaller cases continuously on telephone

  5. Price of performance

  •   The price is set on the basis of agreement as a lump sum, which is based on the approximate number of prepared documents, number of employees and complexity of the problem
  •   Price list of the services as an appendix of the contract (it is specified every year)

    Orientation price, wage 160 CZK per employee + VAT

    Minimum price:
    - Single-entry bookkeeping       600 CZK + VAT
    - Double-entry bookkeeping   2,000 CZK + VAT
    - Other services per 1 hour       200 CZK + VAT

    The amount of the lump sum can be changed when the volume of the work is changed.

  6. Payment conditions

  •   The payment conditions 14 days after the invoice is issued (it can also be agreed otherwise)

  7. General conditions

  •   The contractual parties are governed by the provisions of generally binding regulations, especially by the Commercial and Civil Codes
  •   The contract can be changed and supplemented with amendments, which shall be marked explicitly, be in writing and be signed by the representatives of both contractual parties
  •   In case of any delays of both the customer and the contactor as regards the deadline, the contract can be terminated
